So here I am in my Venator, cruising through Manhattan as usual, and a level 41 Xeno ID'd Starflea named "I.Don't.Like.Vegemite" comes along and tells me that for reason "A" he is going to kill me. (Reason "A" being a sufficient in-RP reason.)

Some RP happens, he gives his engagement notice, and then three seconds later I let my Trebuchets rip into him. He dies.

He then contacts me on private and tells me I killed him without sufficient notice.

My question is quite simple, if the other person gives an engagement notice, and is about to fire on you, and you open fire first, since all the RP up to this point has been leading towards combat, are you in the wrong?

Anything I say is not intended as offensive, and to try and deliberately misinterpret it as such would be an attempt at trolling via misrepresentation.

It's not a conspiracy, it's localised bias. They're not intelligent enough to form a conspiracy.
