Please to explain yourself better. What sort of attack are we talking about here? Would it be a Rogue indiscriminately harpooning the white Whale of BMM tagged trader? Or would it be a Molly trying to blow up the same BMM trader? The first would be an example of terrorism, and wrong. Where the second would be perfectly within the ID's of BOTH parties and therefore legit...to my understanding.

Huh? again, what attack? To use the above example, the Rogue wouldn't be in RP to just blow up the BMM tradeship, they would be inclined (by server rules and RP) to kindly ask for a donation to the cause. If this Rogue were to simply blow up this trader, it would be rather ooRP for him, as BMM isn't directly at war with the Rogues, or vice versa, and that gold-toting tradeship would be a nice pigeon to pluck for currency.
