Regarding the restriction on Liberty caps

I think people have realized we've tried to do every other possible measure to prevent this from happening, this has been an ongoing discussion between the LSF and LN for 4-5 months. And after we've exhausted all other options this had to happen. And yes, people do know how much problems it causes so no complaints so far, but we're not foolish enough to believe there wont be any at all:P
