I still think what we have here is an exception system for those who obviously don't abuse their ships. Ones with acceptable in game RP, and a level head to handle the "capwhoring" tendencies. I know you RP well, Seth, so I can't see you being so restricted. Now if a new player who has not the foggiest about RP, and just wants to shoot everything. Yes, KOS.
