That's right Boss, only liberty friendly affiliated vessels are subject to it. And Xing has moved Isabelle to kusari now I believe.

as i just posted jimmy (the rp chr not the fourm name ie me) has also moved to kusari i stil lkeep one cap the Battlecruiser Louisbourg fortress as frankly the 'Falls never had enough guns for the problems when me and xing were in liberty half the time the indiesd were our only suport(agenst like 5 gunboats 2 bomber wings and battleships,to name a few)while the LN were in connecicut so seeing the gunboat as not being big enough i roleplayed upgradeing to a LABC when jim left liberty he transfered the ship to his XO first liutenant tomas Mathers
