Regarding the restriction on Liberty caps

Again, if you move caps against caps you give them fun and they'll just keep coming back for more and more. If you murder them with fighters or bombers, they'll get annoyed as they have little to no chance of scoring a kill. That is how you can reduce cap whorage, now I'm not asking for everyone to be in fighters, but I'm asking for some people that lack RP, to actually consider not using a cap and trying in a fighter first. Let me give you an example from tonight. The oh so great BC that we were fighting, swinging his mighty sword of justice and yelling how he was a loyal defender of Liberty, got attacked by the LN for disobeying orders, we didnt kill him first, just damaged him and he agreed to dock and go into custody. So we stopped firing and proceeded to escort him to the dock, at which point, his mighty RP made him decide to ram his battlecruiser into planet Manhattan, now can you give me one reason for why such a person should be allowed to fly a capital ship? Just name one reason.

Edit: Forgot to mention that he magically appeared in Texas later, with the same BC, and proceeded to argue with us about defecting from Liberty, right infront of two LN battleships, after he was classed a traitor and banned from Liberty, and then, again in RP he managed somehow to dock on a naval battleship, so, RP anyone?
