Well, whenever I am in command when other LN are online, I alway's send some people to California, Texas, Colorado, leave a couple in NY, I might patrol Bering becuase of the tensions between Rhienland and Liberty right now etc etc.

We do try this stuff, but people do seem to focus on what we get wrong rather than what we get right...:(
