Regarding the restriction on Liberty caps

Now something people must understand. Indies and factionalized members;

RESPECT MUST GO BOTH WAYS

If there is one thing I hate, it is a facton member menacing an indie of demotion, when the member himself is in no position to do so (unless HC of a faction).

It is not only about respect Out-of-char, like on Skype, but also respect in RP, in game. If you ask an other to shove off impolitely or make treats, what do you expect ffs?

Same thing for indies doubting the faction affiliation of the member (Alias, "you ain't really in "X" faction")

I also deeply dislike peeps "RP whining" in system chat. If you have an issue with a co-worker at job, will you go in the cafeteria and yell out loud what you think about the guy? Of course NOT! You'll keep it private!
