Regarding the restriction on Liberty caps

Thanks for all the support people, the rest of you...well, kindly go away:P Anyhow, me and Joe've been online today a lot and I know its only one day, but Liberty was almost a haven of RP, not a single line of ooRP for a long, long time and tons of RP, indies and LN working together hand in hand and all respecting the chain of command, it seems this is doing more good than bad for all you warmongers:P

I may start playing my unlawfuls there more often, I prefer to roleplay and run from the law than have some tool in a cruiser scream at me to leave the system because I withdrew from fighting him.

No no no no... in order to get rid of the negative views on caps we need responsible people to use and RP the capships MORE often.

Seriously.... I dont mean use them to WTFPWN everything that moves.. but to RP it as a command ship or something...

This is why the LNS Citadelle de Quebec has always been and always will be my favorite Liberty capship. Whether the craft is still active is irrelevant, Xing has the right idea and knows how to play an admiral.
