The idea is interesting (especially with the emulation of marine transports and whatnot), but you need some more clearly defined goals otherwise this idea will quickly go down under, considering that you won't be patrolling Liberty space and that's pretty much the only straight forward thing Liberty factions can do at the moment.

Here's an idea: how about black ops missions to Rheinland? You could discuss this with the LSF possibly, make it into an event with Rheinland factions? It would be pretty good RP and an awesome prelude to war.
