The idea isn't bad. The thing that bothers me the most is the use of a cruiser or higher. I think a GB would work just fine though. Marines are support for the Navy and would utilize the smaller vessels since they're faster and more maneuverable. If you wanted to go on blackops missions, you'd take something small and fast to get you in and out quick, right? I don't know, I just think Liberty is already too cap heavy. Adding yet another lawful faction could gum up the mix if you promote fast and often. Players are gonna want the GBs and Cruisers. It may be best to allow the leader and only the leader access to it.
The cap dilemma...also, what does the LN, LSF and LPI think of this?
