tbh i can't really see the purpose. Its well thought out but it doesn't coincide with what already exists, or game mechanics.

I thought the LSF were the black ops of the navy.
Rheinland doesn't have a black ops division and nether does Kusari if thats the kindof stuff you want to create
(Bretonia already has the Privateers - kindof black-ops)
