I agree that no side should do that.. before the Registration was lifted from OC dessie you wouldnt see this kind of behavior this why i think all caps should be enforced by the leaders "council" of that faction if a person have no RP (on the forum) he should not fly cap vessel in game just to have the opportunity to pick on a smaller target when the target is alone
