Nomad missions

Putting all eggs into one basket and generalizing things to the same level despite they are not - not a reason here. They are not on the same level or about the same one. In-RP there is a huge difference between Rogues and Nomads after all, would you like to go comparing them? I think not. Freeport XI might get a low level defensive missions, a possible feature, but that's about it and don't expect anything top tier there, that is for the groups who are in-RP in capacity to do so. For the start it's Order missions, with one or two leading to Delta, hence you can say that's where help to FP comes to. These I'm trying to make work right now, if it goes alright then a few other parties will probably get theirs according to their status, but certainly not every joe sixpack and his dog, being generally hostile is not enough here.
