I'm speaking of recent history, not what was being done back when Eppy was in charge before Jura. When Jura was in charge, the entire capship restriction was scrapped except for the Dreadnaught. Eppy's restriction on all caps and the way it was done was NOT accepted by everyone. I, for one, didn't agree with many aspects, but did agree with the NY rule, as in no cruisers or above in NY. And I'm still a firm believer in BS and Dread restriction. But I didn't agree with OC indies restricted from Omi-85, let alone faction ones.
