Didn't read most of the previous posts, but this one jumped out at me. The Liberty Navy has ended that. There are still a few who don't even know the server has a forum, and probably don't even understand basic English, but we've decomissioned more than a few.
It's not about Gunboats. It's about the random Osiris swarms who used to magically appear in Liberty during the dead shift to gang up on one or two lone fighters. The situation has improved a lot on both sides, but I think that if you're going to raid somewhere you have no technological ability to reach anyway, you shouldn't do so in a target as large as a Battleship.
