The increased starting money for a short time is a good idea since there is no monetary reimbursment. What would the amount be and for factions I think a cargo vessel would be appropriate so they can replenish their funds. And about doing every character change over I wouldn't waste my time. I'd just allow each account 1 character transfer which would need to be posted. those who don't post or miss the transfer after a month or so just miss it. If they don't post on the thread within a month they probably won't ever. I definetly agree I wouldn't transfer 500 characters either.
