I think each person should post ONE character they have, and after the wipe, have money from all the accounts there... This would take a long time to do...

And by money I mean the worth of your equipment and money from all your characters combined.

And yes, I am in favor of a wipe as long as I get enough to be able to start again without too much hassle.

You could also just give everyone who has a characer 30 mil to start over. Of course they would have to make a new character under the same name.
