A. That is somehow slightly offensive... Can't quite put my finger on why or how.
B. You're wrong. Hell... I know I've lagged like a crazy man, living in the UK, with a good connection and a good PC, fo no apparent reason. So I suggest you modifiy your post to make it resemble the truth.

1. I was talking with 3 australians inagame and all of them said they are laging like hell (I like those guys, they know about own lags and tell you that, which save you from an hour or longer PvP pain). Even here on forum are complains from australians about lags acording to their country.

2. my second point is self tested true... I am playing from Czech republic.. it is country where is our disco server housed and my normal ping is around 6 with 0 loss. I have 10 mega conection (god bless college network), central server for my "campus" is far only 4 rooms from my own room but when I bring on my download accelerator and mark "high priority" wow heh I am laging as hell.
