in 4.85 are aviable for piracy pirate train, pirate transport and slave liner (only human cargo). I have in dev part of forum model for another cargo class pirate ship but it is .86 stuff

you can demand as much cargo as you want but asking more than is your cargohold make no sense. I think since you are doing piracy you must expect beeing killed by caps even when rules say they cant kill any cargo ship (am I wrong?)
