The problem with the name change, is if i use [company] in my name, im no longer free! Ill be connected the the company and thats something most freelancers wont do it (includind me).

Members of "The Company" should still work on their own but, when you have some job, you give it to some freelancer in your ranks. After job is done, he is on his one again till next job.

Why would freelancers join "The company" if they can find jobs on their own? Only because you will have more visibility and publicity than the freelancers on their own. You would be the one to make the contracts with the other companys.

I guess this way things would work out.

That idea isn't so bad at all!
A company where Freelancers can register in to get jobs from, but when they don't have any from us they can do whatever they want.

Hmm, thats making me think. Alright you got my mind running again, I gotta get something to drink and think this one out.
