May I point you in the direction of the Repair Ship

I dont think the repair ship is quite up to the task of keeping a full fleet supplied. I am aware of its existence and its lack of usability as a useful vessel.

I was not aware of the repair laser thread you posted. Not too surprised to see it though I must admit
