Considering its a new TL going to a new JG that goes to Okinawa, this has to do with Okinawa.

I could remove the last ring, but then it'd be a bit odd from a design view, being 5km away from the planet. It'd also effect trade routes, requiring a rebalance of the trade routes going to and from Okinawa. When I get my computer back (its out being fixed right now), I'll take another look at it. If I can fly a BS through the TLs without hitting the planet, I don't think I'll change it. If it can hurt a BS or any other ship, then I'll take out the last ring.
