RP Situation relating to Rheinland Liberty conflict

if I'm not wrong, privateers only pirate traders in Kusari (and taus may be).
The Liberty Navy shouldn't pirate traders, it's not what the Navy does.
Although, we already stop traders comming and going through Bering/hudson.

The ID already say we can stop traders (in our territory) belonging to a house that we are at war (Rheinland), and it's the same for RM ID's (same for KNF and BAF). So, I think we don't need LN and RM pirating in enemy's territory. If the LN and the RM want to do so, they should make a special group as the privateers.
