If you're using BF109s or other planes with heavy weaponry, aim for the center of the ship and pulverize them.

Okay, i have something for you:
1. I don't know what stick youu use, but i would recommend Saitek X-52 Flight Control System. I use it, and half of the people of my squad use it, so yes, it's good.
2. If you plan to fly online somewhen, or if you want to play it quite often, get TrackIR4pro. Helps a lot.
3. Speed is your live. Try to be faster than your enemys, so you can climb over them and fall down onto them.
(but don't go too fast, many planes don't like high speed. You might fly with one wing less.)


Also some other things: To prcatise your aiming, fly in Quick Mission Builder against own planes. When you can bring them down easily, you can go on to fly against hostile planes, which will shoot on you.

Also, get yourself IL-2 1946.
