Ladies and Gentlemen of the Liberty Navy. I expect high standards fo each and very one of you. Training is the keystone to our whole organisation.

I advise all members of the [LN] of Recruit, Ensign and Sub Lt. rank to sign up to the new west point program. I believe it will be highly beneficial to operations in the future, against our enemies both at home and across the border to galactic south in Rheinland.

I will be taking an active role in combat training myself, and am relishing the challenge of bringing up a new generation of excellent officers.

We are the best, and this will only make us better. With the correct training, any man or woman can become an effective weapon in the arsenal of Liberty.
