Switzerland during World War II

A lot of maybes there, really. It isn't an achievement, really. You'd think that Germany had more important things to worry about, like millions of Soviet soldiers on the Eastern Front.

Portugal wasn't invaded in WW2 either. This wasn't much of an achievement either.

I suppose, Switzerland would have given the Germans a strategically strong position though, just the fact that it is between countries they were conquering (unlike Portugal) and they chose to go around it says something I think. But I dont know enough about Swiss history to say definitively either way.
