Omega 49 is not owned by anyone ... the only reason for the Rheinland battleship there is to keep the rif raf from entering Dresden ... other than that Rheinland has no stake in Omega 49 ... the only other 2 faction bases in Omega 49 are the Bounty Hunters and Junkers ... Yeah i've seen gaians getting warned for ZOI violation too. As far as I think this is an ID misunderstanding problem, Gaians should basically attack transports carrying terraforming gases, miing machiones, etc. This is a problem similar to that of the researcher, where the guy thinks that for buying researcher ID he/she thinks can legally trade a full cargo of cardi or artifacts straight into manhattan; just that in this case the guy thought he could pirate like a corsair or rogue, etc. Why not getting a rogue/hacker/OC/corsair/etc etc ID then
