Spec, no idea what you're on about, the watershed vanished years ago... I've heard many words we would get banned for on evening tv.

I was just comparing UK TV with Oz tv... It's much mellowed down in UK, the TV standards board/Ad board is quite strict on the programming.
Top gear for example - The max they can get away with is Bollocks and probably James fav - Cock ! and that's just because it's an Animal....

I dislike those advertisements, especially the piano one. They really manage to annoy me.

but it's not just the ads - it's govn't propaganda as well - did you see the anti-drink ads targetting teens ?
In one of the ads you can clear see the girl removing her *Ahem* down... and someone taking a photo..

The Radio is worse with ads - I believe one was - For improving 'performance' during 'interaction'.....
yeah right.. wants me to buy their merchandise at 08:00 in the morning while I'm driving !
