As much as I love secretive organizations, conspiracies, and massive capital ships, I don't see this idea flying up these *exact* colours.
The ID could most likely be changed. I doubt you're going to get a whole bunch of Special Operative IDs.
Perhaps you could work out an RP "event" with the Hellfire Legion, and escape to the Omicrons with the Spyglass. That would be epic fun, I think. Otherwise, your might end up owning a large capital ship in rather uncomfortable conditions, with some people ending up vexed, irked, and with axes to grind.
I suppose that there it is to your credit that you only use one capital ship, albethe capital ship you use is under the previously touched upon uncomfortable conditions.
