Yet I agree with seamus here the Corsairs learn too Adapt and evolve yet we keep having heavy ships made for us.

In Roleplay the Corsairs would realise that the Current praetorian lacks the agility to manouver out of the way of Snacs and other things or else the ship itself will be made redundant.

In roleplay, the Corsairs would realise that the Current Praetorian outperforms the Liberty Upholder and the Kusari bomber. The Praetorian is also slightly superior to the Bretonian Challenger because they both have the same plant. The only house bomber that can fight Praetorians on equal terms is the Rheinland snubnose Bomber (not the Fafnir). In roleplay, therefore, the Corsair engineers would focus on fixing even more armour on to the beast without sacrificing manoeverability. Not focus on making it more manoeverable at the expense of everything else.

I like the comparison of the Bounty Hunter bomber. I don't know about you, but those bombers are one of the easiest to hit with an SN. That means that it is at a severe disadvantage in bomber-bomber combat. Whether this is meant to happen inRP is debatable, but it does happen.

Tips on how to bulk out the new bomber concept of yours, Nighthawk. Look at the wings on the Titan. You see that they thicken out as they reach the fuselage. I think you could apply that to this design too.

Im not in support of this model replacing the Praetorian, but it will probably be a good exercise to see what comes out.
