Praetorian

ill be perfectly honest with you and tell you why I and many others would like a MK2 praetorian that has better agility than the current one.

its because some of us just -Cannot- fly fighters, and when ever there is a raid we bring out our bombers only too meet either 5-6 Falcatas or a full BHG Raid of 6-7 Bombers.

Now when compared to the agility of them bombers, the praetorian is beaten every time.
On my BH bomber I an stay behind the praetorian at every moment if the praetorian does'nt engine kill, simply because the BH Bomber is alot more agile.

in terms of evening out the problem, I think this is the only way... I mean if your shield goes down on a praetorian and there are bombers around, Due to the lak of agility it will get snac'd and it wont matter how much armour the thing has.

Remember its only a suggestion though, I was just hoping to even out the Odds.

Now if you want to state your personal opinion/experiences, then I want to state mine.

My personal opinion, flying the Praetorian also almost over a year now, tells me that this ship is completely awesome because the shape of the Praetorian makes it incredibly hard to hit. I have also fought against multiple Bounty Hunter Bombers and Falcatas, and I feel that I have been in the advantage of those battles thanks to the Praetorian bomber which provides me with excellent dodging, and its all due to its shape. Which I have said like 15 times now in this thread, the Praetorian is thin/small in every angle of attack causing enemy bombers to miss alot of times. Unless you fly bad, but that is an individual flaw, not a vessel one.

And again nothing personal, but just because you tend to die alot dosen't mean the ship is bad, ever heard of individual skill? Perhaps its time to improve that.

The armor, on a Bomber does matter, ALOT, perhaps not against Supernovas, but against basically EVERYTHING else except the Supernova. Especially enemy Fighters, a good armor capacity keeps you alive that much longer and might just be the very thing keeping you alive enough to destroy an enemy target with a Supernova and replenish your bots again.

The odds are not even, the odds are on your (Corsairs) favor regarding this ship-class. You should be grateful it is that way.
