People of Bretonia,

In order to fight crime, as well as foreign invaders, I, Sir Andrew Stuart of Her Majesty's Most Diligent Interdiction Wing, have taken it upon myself to trick Corsairs out of credits which were originally planned to be used to assault and rob the people of our most gracious nation.

This money will be put to use to purchase myself liquor and take beautiful women out for dinner. I may also pay off mercenaries and finance the construction of warships.


Now, one might question the legality of this move, but, thanks to the Proceeds of Crime Act (804AS), the Government can confiscate funds belonging to pirates. Thanks to my Letter of Marque and Reprisal, I am personally allowed to decide on the use of said funds.
