Resource Pool for Capships

While drinking a nice,cold Beer,i had an Idea.;)

Why can't we make a Pool with,well let's say "Recourcepoints".Every Fraction has the same number of RP.So if a capship gets destroyed in PvP,and only there,the fraction looses,well let's say for a Battleship 200 of the RP. At the beginning it would be not a problem to get a new Battleship for the PLayer,he lost his in a PvP battle.But as more the player/the players loose Battleships the RP will decrease steadily.So they (hopefully) think about,bringing her battleship in the fight.

So far as i thought.The RP's can regenerate after a mount of time. One per day,ten per Week etc...only for example. The thought behind this is,bring more action in the fights...a few Battleships at the rear,giving fire assistant and good fighter fights at the front.There would also be a tactical element.For example: How many fighters are needed to protect the Battleships from enemy bomber etc.


But this is only my thought..
