Now then, since a number of people think bounties saying, "I don't like them, 200K for fighters" can be RP'd out, please post suggestions.

Anybody saying, "Hey, I don't like that idea!" should be posted: HERE for ease.

Suggestions so far:

Imprison anyone that is currently involved in any conflict who lands on their bases. This is the easiest way to maintain neutrality.

Or give up neutrality.
Suggestion #2: Kick the Corsairs out, and give the Mollys the Corsair land on GC

~(In effect)~ Mobilize. Defend ourselves. Etc.
Suggestion #2: Kick the Corsairs off of GC
#3: VERY simple solution:

Bounty stays.
Zoners deal with it.

Convert/give the Corsair population on GC Zoner citizenship to resolve the gripes about harboring pirates.

Compromise, Zoner's should refuse Corsair (perhaps all faction's in order to not to offend Corsairs) ships of war docking rights on Gran Canaria, in return for Bretonian assurances that Zoner right to free trade remains unchanged and it's ships are unmolested in Bretonia.

In RP I can see Bretonian concerns that Corsair forces are being launched from a Zoner planet, this compromise seems like a diplomatic solution that still maintains Zoner neutrality with no actual commercial cost to them.

I would like to add another option to the list provided in the original post.

The Zoners should do what they usually do in these circumstances and TALK TO PEOPLE. The great thing about the Zoners is that many factions in the edge worlds depend on them for survival. Without Gran Canaria under Zoner control, many factions would lose quite a bit of investment.

I suggest that we all just let the QCP go ahead with their little RP, We will continue to stay the same, which is what most people really want. It was ok and fun the way it was so why change? QCP want to attack Zoners then thats their right as long as they keep it to RP and not pvpwhoring.

Let them whorse their little voices over corsairs in GC until everyone just decides to ignore them. Because no one really had a real reason to hate Zoners in the first place and that will never change no matter how much they might want that.

Yes, we know. The QCP are no longer officially BAF. (or at least in RP) However, the Zoners do not care. They are Bretonians in Bret ships ... blah blah. From the perspective of the Zoners, there is no difference between BAF coming in and shooting and QCP doing the same.

If the crown could actually distance themselves and try to round them up, or just stop them from shooting Zoners, then that would be seen as a peaceful and productive measure. The lawful Bretonian forces standing still and letting this happen is proof, however wrong, that they are conspiring.

That could be another solution to this problem, is getting the lawful portion of the Crown to restrict their movements to just in Kusari. I know, that makes interdiction that much harder, but that's why the Privateers are the best of the best, matey.

Anyways, my proposition, since some people seem to be missing various points provided by various people, that the Zoners outlaw the QCP from any system with a Zoner base in it. In that I mean that we find and gun them down if they mosey into one of our systems. Since, as has been established, they aren't under the Crown's control and are thus just a group of no-name pirates to anyone but themselves.
