This thread has provoked some extremely odd responses to what is a pretty simple question. Way to confuse the guy.

They are an ex-branch of the BAF who fight behind enemy lines to disrupt the Kusari war effort, among other various scoundrely activities. Accusations that they are in any way controlled by or supported by the Bretonian Armed Forces are complete slanderous lies. Probably.

As for whoever said they are stronger than the BAF, they clearly need their brain seeing to, given that even OORP the QCP have barely a dozen members, whilst the regular BAF has over 40. InRP, there might be at most a few hundred privateers, whilst BAF I consider to ecompass 3 million servicemen. Not really comparable. But an irrelevent point to the question anyway, so I'm not sure why I even bothered to address it...*sigh*

Oh, and they can't possibly be turning Bretonia into a "pirating, unlawful space", as they don't pirate in Bretonia. They ARE, however, turning Kusari into a pirating, unlawful space, which is so much the better for us...
