Well, for one thing, I suggest that any new admins or moderators be considered in the light of the following:
-Are they currently or have they in the past been a part of the dev team?
If so, I'd say to think carefully about said person. Reason being, from what I've seen and heard, the Devs get a lot of flak. Tempers flare, and fur flies. It'd take a lot of effort to receive that and still keep a level head about moderating.
Also, time constraints would be a concern. A dev has other calls on his or her time besides forum duties.
Thus, I would nominate the following:
- Thexare
He's a levelheaded guy. Gets along well with people. Isn't a dev as far as I know.
- Rudo
He's awesome. Just plain awesome. He doesn't take crap from anyone. Kinda like me.
- Zapp
Again, plain awesome. He knows the rules inside-out and backwards. He's gotten a Voidrunner, a Nomad ID for his cruiser, managed to hide the fact that he secretly had a Corsair for the longest time, and he's getting a custom Tundra model.
- Tazuras
Levelheaded. Easy to get along with. Has a Protoss avatar. He spells properly, can use grammar, knows the rules, and doesn't smell that bad.
