yes he would get your loot
that's what's good about cargo pirates, they get the loot either way (though some is lost when the ship blows)
but saying 'just kill me' is OoRP

imagine being mugged and the guy tells you to give him your wallet, and you say just kill me, it's not worth it

Just someone can say that, who has not hard worked for his money. A bit surprised that answer came from a Junker anyways.:P
