Well yes, I would too like to see more Phantoms participating in Roleplay... so you could at least roleplay with one of them for like, say, 15min to up half an hour.
On the other hand, they are Phantoms!,... not -the- nice neighbourhood pirates trying to get your cash.
Phantoms... maniacs with the sole intention to blast the heck out of you.
What you expect them to do?
Talk about their plans? Or the weather? They dont even have a reason to discuss/argue with you about whatever.
They want your death!
And you know what, that is what they really like and enjoy to do, kill people for the sole purpose of their own enjoyment... that is why them are Phantoms...
There are some, who might be -different- to that....
But I would rather like to see them going in all guns blazing as sitting right next to me and teaching me about the cruelness of themselves.... would be.... strange, -very- strange.

Hey, he even asked why you just sit there and did nothing. Maybe you should just jave left the area and come back later when he had been gone.
At least your character now knows that next time he got a Phantom contact on scanners, its better to run.
Finally: To the Phantoms (as Iam about that here, I thought I could mention it)
- More activity would be great (seen as many Admins are in there, if that is still the case, this could be difficult to manage, as those people might have more important stuff to do...)
- More talk would be nice (Mon'Star, fe, is also sort of a maniac terrorist, but he found a way to RP and talk with people before he tries to lay down his wrath on them; maybe think about how to get more roleplay out of your characters.... would be really nice to see and more then welcome)
