okay, well.. Dumbasses are everywhere. And yes nooblet we're in the same boat here when we look at the faction capships. Those being oorp should remain oorp.

And Hyung, I'll never metagame by saying "you can't shoot me i'm in trade ship" while i'm actually pirating. You choose what you want to do, and what you put to teh terms metagaming. Me? I'm going to play by the server rules. I'll avoid BS as best I can, but sometimes poo happens. And when it does, you can SS and report. IIrc BH BS has a CD as well, but its alright. I don't know I'm tired. I don't care. I'm a pirate, i'll always be. When things get too dumb around me, I'll move to the happier place. Thats about it.
Have it your way, but you're holding your ground like very stubborn persons. I am a very stubborn person. I'm also right, in this case. There is no other option availble to you. Try to talk? if that doesn't work, report. It is very clear what they can and cannot do. Ignorance of the server rules is no excuse.

I had a OC gunboat freelancer undock from Cadiz last night and blast me right in front of it, then he docked back.
When i asked him why, he said "freelancer, i can."
Cadiz is a Corsair base. If an OC docks there he is OORP docking for one. Next he is talking OORP (in pm or system?) There is sanction material right there.
To that I say, Discovery Server Rules. And Common Sense. He cannot.
I had him blown up by OPG. But I dont think everyone has "opg" behind them that can come and solve the situation. No but they do have the bounty boards. They can also ask other people to do so. if you are part of teh NPC faction, you might be able to ask the official faction for help in blowing him up...

If this is an example of lameness you're talking about Nooblet, I wonder how would you deal with him. How can you educate someone that doesn't respond to your messages later or has poor english skills?
Sanctions. If they don't respond to English or polite PM's there is nothing else you can do. Or should do. By choosing to act as Dumbarses they bring, whatever the admins so choose, on themselves. It is NOT the players job to change people.

I just hope things normalize eventually.
