Now Bretonia's claimed Orkney as Bretonian sovereign soil, what do the Council think about that? They can't be jolly well good can they? Home soil for the Bretonians allows them to patrol any systems around that home system unless i've missed an ID rule somwhere. So technically they could enter Languedoc? Whats up with that?
