We are perfectly and quite clearly aware of the fact that you people don't like us. We can't fathom why, given the work we do to raise awareness of Gaia among the general public, but... regardless. We have some information you might find useful.

A few months ago, one of our supply ships informed you about an illegal tour company called "Barnacle Bill's Gaian Tours" that allows tourists to carve their names into Gaian sea cows. Recently, we did an undercover probe into this company's financial records and discovered that "Barnacle Bill" is apparently very sloppy with covering up his activities.

We have, to cut a long story short, found out his real name, and where he works. Now, we wouldn't normally come to you, but simply put, the Bretonian courts are so mired in bureaucracy that if we tried to have him arrested, it could take years to get a conviction during which time he might cheerfully disappear.

We wish to shortcut that.

Thus, we invite you to deal with him in any way you see fit. All we ask is that you cause the minimum of fuss, avoid harming anyone else and never inform anyone of our involvement in the matter.
