While I'm a huge fan of trials by forum, black lists and evidence in my briefcase that this person is a communist Igiss actually gathered a team of volunteers to help govern the rules of the Discovery server to whom you can refer these cases!
In other words: We've got a process for this, if you feel that so many people are so out of control it should be very simple for you to unload a tidlewave of sanction reports on us.
