Nothing.....IMG guard ID should have battleships among allowed ships.....fact that IMG wont have any battleships of their own doesn't matter....
also, there are options that current zeph will remain as is only its sale point will be removed, so who ever owns it will lose nothing. New (actually updated zeph) battleship will simply be introduced as new ship.
This is just an option....if we go in direction of simple replace and rebalance, then you all should be very happy because you'll get a beast for a price of overpowered cruiser...
