The same as Crucial_Mistake. If the pirate is in a fighter class I usually ask for an explanation, fire a few rounds and cruise away... Except for the last night were 2 behemoths and my tanker pwned a corsair gunboat who engaged us without notice...
Back to topic, I never thought it was an engagement since he techinaclly is shooting the lane, not you.
