Whilst I doubt there's anything productive to come out of this thread, I fail to see any benefits to locking it. The OP didn't mention independents *at all* but you can't stop people who feel strongly about that particular issue from voicing their concerns over it when the lolwut issue is raised, and calling for censorship wouldn't change those opinions and in fact could arguably weaken the position of indy capital pilots as one could argue it's an admission of defeat.
