Firstly I would like to commend Kiguri-kun on his victory over the dreaded Bounty Hunters. Our continual support of the KNF is something we still must look forward too. Our actions along their side insure safe passage for our "smuggling" convoys. The success of that run with the artifacts is also beneficial for improving our ties and economic status with the Corsair. These are all wonderful news indeed, keep up the good work.

Secondly, Washizuka-kun, it was a pleasure to fight against you in a honorable duel. I am especially intrigued by your unorthodox choice of weaponry. Judging from Ninyu Kiguri's report you also took part in the artifact run, thus solidifying your position in the society. I see great potential in you, boy. I hereby promote you to the rank of Fuku. However, I would like to conduct more training exercises with you in order estimate your fighting capabilities better. And yes, feel free to acquire a Raba of your own. Send me a private message if you need financial or any other help.

On another note: most of you may have noticed my absence over the past few weeks, but I assure you now I am back on track. I see our society slowly regaining its might and I continue to urge every member to share their endeavors in this channel, thus updating our database on recent occurrences.
