But guys... You can't just forget the properly role-played caps.

Need I repeat this will also stop the innocent caps?

Now, there's no way you can tell me that the Navy is giving command of gigantic capital ships bristling with enemy weaponry to retarded captains with various speech disorders in atime of war. That's just stupid.
Now, so this isn't just another rant about the issue, I propose that ownership of a Capital-class vessel (excluding Gunboats) should require membership in a Faction and the required rank, or otherwise permission from the faction.

It wont, the idea is to keep them available for the good players, they just have to prove their abilities before and request it.

I'd say count me in there, I'll continue helping really new players who just happened to come here to try the server before caring about the forums and stuff. But those who decided to stay here for a while ... enough sweet temper, guns and reports.
