Is RP/demand/pirate act possible if target refuses to stop?

Ritsuka, not according to the rules it's not. It HAS to be a monetary demand. Credits or cargo. Take the ship down to 20% hull, fine, destroy it without said credit or cargo demand, not fine.

Well, then I am pretty doomed in my job. I'm not letting anyone go to certain station but I really don't want any cargo or credits. I just send them somewhere else. So if I'd stick to this rule I couldn't do a thing if the trader decides to ignore me (which happens mostly, of course)
