Doesn't change the fact that they claim the system. It is fully within RP for a Liberty or Rheinland military unit to come after you in Hudson/Bering if you are doing something they deem illegal.

You think the US would simply let a man with a nuclear device roam freely in internatinal waters? They aren't US waters, but the US sure as hell isn't going to let him roam freely out there. Same applies here.
